Location. Set amid lush greenery, the Hotel Apartaments Mirachoro II is a modern, six storey property with gleaming white fa�ade, and is located within one kilometre of Praia da Rocha and Portimao. Faro Airport is 60 kilometres away and can be reached in approximately one hour by car.
Hotel Features. The hotel is set amid gardens, which provide a green space in which to relax, and also features an outdoor pool complete with a children's area. Cocktails and snacks are served in the bar. The hotel also houses a games room with a pool table and video games, and a selection of books are available in the library. Further amenities include a multilingual concierge service, a safe deposit box and dry cleaning services. Motorists will find complimentary parking available on site, and a complimentary shuttle bus runs to the town centre and Praia da Rocha beach.
Guestrooms. The 115 apartments feature simple, modern decor with red Algarve style tiling and open onto to balconies. Amenities include satellite television, telephones, fully equipped kitchenettes with microwaves and refrigerators, and bathrooms with showers and tubs.
Expert Tip. Lagos, located 25 kilometres from the hotel, is an ancient maritime town that in the 15th century became home to the first European slave markets. Highlights include the 18th century church, the Igreja de Santo Antonio, which features an ornate gilded interior, the regional museum and the Forte da Ponta da Bandeira, a 17th century fort.

Getting there. The hotel organises transfers to and from the airport (surcharge). Alternatively taxis are available and cost approximately 70 EUR to the hotel.
Driving directions. From the airport, take the A22 towards Portimao. Once in Portimao, head for Praia da Rocha, take the first right after McDonald's and then the first left. Continue for 100 metres and the hotel is on the left hand side.
