Location. Mision Tlaxcala is located in Tlaxcala, Mexico. Southeast of Mexico City, Tlaxcala is the smallest of Mexico's states. Downtown Tlaxcala, featuring restaurants and bars, is 11 kilometers from the hotel. The pre Hispanic ruins of Cacaxtla are 19 kilometers away.
