Set in the forested seaside resort of Le Touquet, on France's north coast, the Hippotel lies 800 metres from the town centre. The 62 modern apartments have terraces or balconies and come complete with cable television, blackout drapes and complimentary toiletries.
Guests can enjoy a game of pool or table football in the games area, or head for the bar which has a terrace area, open during the summer months. The informal Hippotel Restaurant serves traditional French fish and meat dishes alongside a French wine list, from February to November. Multilingual staff can advise on the area's best attractions, while Internet connections are available in public areas for further itinerary planning. Local attractions include the Musee du Touquet, 1.5 kilometres away, and the Mareis museum of fishing, four kilometres from the hotel. For family fun, the Aqualud water park is two kilometres away on the beach, while the Bagatelle amusement park lies 14 kilometres away. The historic towns of Montreuil and Boulogne are 20 and 30 kilometres away respectively. Lille Lesquin Airport is 140 kilometres from the hotel.

Driving Directions
|

Taxis are readily available outside the terminal. Shuttle buses run regularly into the centre of Lille, from where trains connect to Etaples Le Touquet station. The small seaside town of Le Touquet is best explored on foot or by bicycle.
Driving directions: From the airport take the A1 for Lille. From Lille take the A25/E42 and exit at exit 11. Turn left onto the N42. Next, turn right onto the D211, and follow it through Arques to Wizernes. At Wizernes, turn left onto the D928, then right onto the D126, then left onto the D343. Continue onto the D126 for Montreuil, from where Le Touquet is signposted.
