Location. The Hotel Sainte Valerie is 150 meters from the center of Juan les Pins. Nearby attractions include the Casino, which is 500 meters away and the Archaeological Museum with its Roman ruins, which is one kilometer away. Cannes, home of the renowned film festival is eight kilometers away, Nice is 20 kilometers away. The nearest airport to the hotel is Nice Cote d'Azur Airport, which is 17 kilometers away. Hotel Features. The Hotel Sainte Valerie encompasses two buildings. One is an old French villa and the other is more modern in design. In between the two buildings is a courtyard garden with flowers of the region and water features. The lobby area features arched walls and a traditional wood reception area decorated with flowers. Breakfast is served daily in the patio garden on wrought iron chairs and tables. The hotel also has its own bar.
Guestrooms. The guestrooms in the Hotel Sainte Valerie feature French Provencal decor with wrought iron furniture. The 26 guestrooms in the hotel's two buildings are individually decorated. Amenities include in room safes, minibars and wireless Internet access. The marble bathrooms offer bathrobes.
Expert Tip. In 1960, the Jazz Festival of Juan les Pins was launched with famous jazz artists of the day including Louis Armstrong, Count Basie, Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, Sarah Vaughan, Ray Charles, Herbie Hancock, Georges Benson and Al Jarreau. The Jazz festival is held every July.
