Le Gauguin restaurant offers hungry guests at the Hotel Ambassadeur Concorde an informal environment to dine on Provencal inspired dishes, such as sea bass with eggplant puree. The open, airy atmosphere of the hotel's Piano Bar features live piano playing on certain nights, along with the in house specialty fruit drink called the Ambassadeur.
Guests can also enjoy buffet breakfasts at the spacious Le Cezanne each morning or dine on sandwiches and barbeque from the poolside bar. Located on the hotel's sun washed terrace, the swimming pool is open from April through September. The hotel also includes an indoor pool, gym and sauna.
