This wooden fronted chalet style residence is located in the pedestrianised resort of Avoriaz 1800, where cars are replaced by dog sleds. Offering direct access to the slopes, the ski lifts are next door to the chalet, the ski school 150 meters away and the resort centre 400 meters away. All 110 studios and apartments are designed for self catering and have kitchens with microwaves or mini ovens.
The residence's amenities include a lift and phone point. Pay parking (both covered and outdoors) at the entrance to the resort costs up to 80 EUR per week. Straddling the border of Switzerland, the ski area around Avoriaz appeals to skiers of all levels. Guests can enjoy the full range of snow sliding sports, with 650 kilometers of downhill skiing at Les Portes du Soleil, as well as plenty of cross country skiing and snowboarding areas. Paragliding, helicopter flights and snow mountain biking are also on offer. The village also has an 800 square meter floodlit skating rink, fitness center, bowling facilities and two squash courts. Various children's activities are offered at the Annie Famose Children's Village, opposite the residence. Geneva Cointrin Airport is 80 kilometers away and Thonon Les Bains TGV railway station is 40 kilometers from the hotel.

Take the A41 towards Chamonix, Cluses exit (no.18), then the D902 to Taninges. Then follow directions for Les Gets and Morzine Avoriaz. Avoriaz is 9 mile / 15 kilometers from Morzine.
