The Thermal Hotel is housed in a building with traditional French architecture, set in green parkland, and is located 600 metres from the National Thermal baths. The hotel's 70 guestrooms have bright, colourful decor, coffee tables, armchairs and traditional paintings on the walls. All include televisions as well as direct dial phones.
The hotel's restaurant, La Cigalle, serves well known French cuisine and southern specialities and guests dine in a room with Provencal decor including yellow and blue colour scheme, drapes and traditional wall and ceiling features. Drinks and cocktails are available at the hotel's bar and can be enjoyed in the hotel's lounge that overlooks the gardens. Business meetings and social functions can also be held amongst three rooms in the hotel, each of which accommodates over 100 people and have modern audiovisual facilities for presentations. The hotel also has extensive health facilities and offers treatment programmes for smoking cessation, voice training and deep breathing techniques. Massage treatments are also available onsite. More health facilities are available at the National Baths, 600 metres from the hotel, which include saunas, steam baths and jetted tubs. One of the largest natural lakes in France is also located within three kilometres of the hotel. An 18 hole golf course is located three kilometres from the hotel. Visitors can also do some hiking around Le Revard mountain, 15 kilometres from the hotel. Annecy Meythet Airport is 38 kilometres from the hotel.
